Ultrasound came back good but i feel this pinch like pain on the cord that goes to my tetes and sometimes i have to turn my tetes in order for that pinch like pain to go away the doctor said it wasn't torsion so what can it be?

Many possibilities: It could be an inflammatory condition called epididymitis. Could also be a hernia. I would recommend considering a urology consultation for a more complete evaluation. If it's not torsion however, that is a good thing. Hope this helps!
