That's reasonable: 5.0 weeks is the very earliest time that a pregnancy would show up on transvaginal ultrasound, but because gestational dating by last menstrual period can be off, it still might be too early. It's reasonable to get a repeat ultrasound in 2 weeks to check. I wouldn't worry at all at this point.
