Complex: Maybe. You need more information. What is the abnormality? How certain is the ultrasound? Wait until the radiologist has a chance to review the ultrasound and don't rely on the technologist's interpretation.

Not a definitive Dx: Prenatal ultrasounds are a bit unreliable when it comes to assessing the health of the kidneys. Since the kidneys may still be developing, it is not uncommon for there to be some variation in the findings. Unless the DX is dramatic, i generally wait until the kid is 2 weeks old & do a specific renal scan ti see if the prenatal finding persists.Most are amenable to treatment.
