Was your PVR measured directly by catheterization or by ultrasound or bladder scan? A PVR of over 200 cc is considered evidence of incomplete bladder emptying, especially in your age group. For accurate results it's crucial that you void within 10 minutes in this test. Your urologist will have to explain your test results as I am somewhat confused by the metrics you describe.
