I have little small irritation bumps around my tear duct of my eye & my lower lid seems to hurt when i blink?

You may have blockag: blockage of your oil glands within the lids. When they get clogged they can become raised in appearance. Also the eyelids can get swore. I would try using a hot compress on the eye for 10-20 min, as the heat helps to open the oil glands. If no significant improvement, see and eye care provider. Good luck!
