Possibly residual : Sties are acute eyelid inflammatory conditions of the oil glands or hair follicle glands. They usually resolve with conservative treatment. Chalazia result when the inflammation of the eyelid oil glands becomes more posteriorly directed deep into the eyelid and may resolve with conservative treatment but are often incised and drained. Some residual gland debris may be left over that leaves a bump.
