Watch it: if there is no pain watch. if there is pain only have the side that is painful removed, only the cyst not the whole ovary. . be aware of any surgery that might end up with the removal of both ovaries, and leaving you sterile, unless there is a fear of cancer, which rare in cyst. follow and monitor the size of the cysts with frequent ultrasound. good luck
