Yes it could: This is nonspecific, but constipation is certainly on the lst. Could be a muscle spasm of your trunk muscle as well. If it happened once, there is probably no need to seek medical care. If it is persistent and/or severe, see your primary care provider for a more compete evaluation. Hope this helps!
