I have been feeling pain at my lower left abdomen when i poke it and have been constipated for 2 days now. is it because of my constipation that i feel pain?

Yes.: The pain in lower left abdomen is the collection of faeces in lower colon. Take 4 tablets of dulcolax at night. ( all 4 tablets as one dose ) next morning you will good bowel movement and the pain will disappear.
