Psychiatrist: Sounds obvious, but probably you have seen already, hence the diagnoses, your problem aren't the conditions you suffer from, rather rather access to care/continuity of care, that's how I see it, I might be wrong, at any rate, you need to keep your follow up with your psychiatrist whom you have access to and good rapport with, which is out of the scope of this limited window, take care

Get help: A person having ADD, an anxiety disorder and depression is fairly common and treatable. Suggest you see a board-certified psychiatrist (if you've not already) for an eval/med management and work with a therapist for coping/behavioral strategies and insight. Medication and non-medicine approaches are both important. Changes will take time but stay with it.

Clinical assessment: Are you on any medication? Have you had a complete clinical assessment? I would recommend that you make an appointment with a psychologist for a clinical assessment nd evaluation of treatment options including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, medication and medication management, and to better understand how these various disabilities interact with one another.
