STD prevention?: You don't say what you mean by "something bad". An antibiotic shot (ceftriaxone?) and doxycycline are often given after sexual assualt to ward off STDs. They will effectively prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. You may need other tests as well, such as an HIV test.
