Lump: A very specific description, with mainly skin cysts (clogged glands or ?acne at your age) occurring in this location. Is it mobile with the skin, or more fixed to the bone (the latter would be less common)? Lymph nodes are unusual in the middle of the chest as well. Bone pain should be localized to the lump, or ..other chest wall problem. Seek a consult with your MD for minor surgical consult.
