Could be normal: It is most likely normal breast development that adolescent males get while going through puberty. It usually resolves or you may get the same "lump " in the other breast, before both sides resolve. Cancer of the breast is rare at 16 y. See a doctor to physically exam the lump if it continues to bother you.
