Yes, but: Labetalol, a beta blocker, does lower heart rate, that will increase when stopped. However, resting heart rate high 80s-90s is a little high. If this persists another week or two you should see Ur doc. Also, if u are now off labetalol Ur doc should be following you anyway. Good luck.
