When one is coming off a beta blocker is it common to be short of breath and have heart rates over 100 when resting? this is week 2 of weaning proces

Depends: Relative tachycardia is expected during beta blocker weaning. However shortness of breath is atypical. Check regularity of your pulse. If irregular this can be arrhythmia and warrants attention.

Not uncommon: When you come off beta blockers your heart is hypersensitive to adrenaline and may remain so until the receptors on your cells down regulate to reach normal levels. Hence it is not incommon to feel these symptoms.
