Needs imaging: You don't say how large this is, and if it seems to be enlarging. Pain is concerning. Pregnancy would not be at the top of my list of what it could be. It could be some kind of benign fatty tumor within the abdominal wall, or an enlargement of an organ. There is no way to tell without further examination and probable imaging by ultrasound or CT scan. Seek further assessment. Good wishes.
