PossibleFluidInPerit: We can not comment more than there is suspicion of fluid in your Peritoneal Cavity(Ascitis) and for some reason you have enlarged spleen.And they don't see any inflammation
You need to discuss this findings with the doctor who examined you and ordered the Ct Scan.It has to be in context of your symptoms,signs and what does your doctor suspects you may or may not have
