Had a ct scan last week and showed that everything was normal. i've never had history with ascites and was wondering if ascites would occur in a week?

Unlikely: Ascites can occur if you have a medical condition that causes ascites. At your age, it is unlikely to develop ascites unless you have a severe liver problem, severe infection or overwhelming cancer.
