I'm 27 and had a complex ovarian cyst for at least 10 wks. can a gynecologist remove it or should it be an oncologist? we don't have a local gyn/onc.

Yes: Gynecologists are trained to handle this. Most complex cysts are benign hemorragic cysts. There is a small chance of malignancy so get this taken care of so you wont be worried.
