Ovarian cysts: Ovarian cysts are pretty common and are usually found by "accident". One way to treat them would be oral contraceptives. However you are planning on getting pregnant so this is not an option for you. Usually we recommend a watchful waiting approach, and would only intervene if the cysts were causing issues like pain.
