Complex cyst: A complex ovarian cyst with solid components and increased Doppler flow (every ovary and cyst has "Doppler flow", indicating blood flow through the ovary, but increased flow is consistent with a possible malignancy). A gyn-oncologist is the correct referral, as soon as possible.
