Yes: Many young, healthy women get pregnant within 6 months of trying (meaning having sex often). If not pregnant after a year of trying, a couple can be evaluated through the Ob-Gyn doctor (with other consultants as needed) to see what ways there are to help create a baby. Stay relaxed, keep smiling, don't be overly concerned (don't think about it too much)... good luck!
