A doctor has provided 1 answer

If : If you have been trying to get pregnant for more than 6 months without any luck, then you should call your ob/gyn to discuss - especially if you are not having a regular period. There are lots of other reasons besides pregnancy that can cause a woman to miss a period such as: stress, illness, diet, excessive exercise or a hormone imbalance such as with a thyroid disorder or polycystic ovarian syndrome. All of these things can also affect your ability to get pregnant. Give your doctor a call.
