Vitamin deficiency?: possibly a Vit B1 deficiency or due to incompetence of the mouth in keeping saliva from leaking out constantly. At this point it may also be a local fungal infection. if steroids do not correct the problem in 7-10 days then that is not the answer. exam needed.
