Breast size: your breasts consist of breast tissue and fat . You do not need to be taking Estrogen at your age to increase your breast size . Visit a specialized Bra store and they will help you with different bras and inserts in the bra that can make you appear larger than you are . As you gain a bit of weight , your breast will hopefully get a bit larger . Good luck
