Balance nutrition: The eating disorder has to be treated and get back on balance nutrition. Hormone treatment alone will not work unless hormone deficiency is also the problem.

Hypogonadism: Low stimulants to your ovaries cause low estrogen in anorexia. Weight gain helps. Oral contraceptives containing medium estrogen doses can help. Also check thyroid function.
