Supplements like this one have value for some in increasing milk supply in lactating mothers. It is also promoted for a variety of other issues. You can consume this if you wish, but I would not expect any benefit to breast growth. Your genes & hormones determine what you get.

Fenugreek has been recommended to improve lactation, but is unlikely to cause breast enlargement if you're not breastfeeding. Breast size is an inherited property; it can change a little with changes in weight. Possibly the best option is to work on strengthening the chest wall muscles to provide a little more support. Stand up tall and look good!
