Your age and size?: It is important to know how much growth potential you may have left. The hypogonadism cause? If you're an adult with this and increasing breast tissue then you may be under treated. Though, if you're overweight, you will also make more estrogen which will make gynecomastia worse potentially. Also, have other causes of gynecomastia been ruled out? Are you seeing an endocrinologist?
