At what point should someone seek a dr/ er for a severe migraine ( or worry if it's something more; aneurysm!!?) ?

Soon: But do NOT focus on aneurysm, as if that were case, you would be far too sick to ask this question. You are probably correct about migraine, and since this can be so easily handled these days, contact your regular doctor and treat both the headache now and perhaps even prevent future events.
