Migraine; maybe more: With your history of migraine headache that includes left eye symptoms it makes sense for migraine to be a reasonable cause for your vision complaint. But if your vision is worsening, then you need to seek another cause, and should see an ophthalmologist who can examine for vascular conditions - and other possible conditions - that might be responsible.

Unilateral headache: One sided headache is a concern. An MRA(magnetic resonance angiogram) or CTA(computed tomographic angiography) would help look at the vessel for any aneurysm. If that is negative then a neurology evaluation to discuss medication treatment for your headaches.
