Does a ordinary heart echo include checking the pulmonary arterial pressure and does a normal echo rule out pulmonary hypertension?

Typically an estimat: Echocardiography typically estimates pulmonary artery pressure indirectly. PA pressure is measured directly with heart catheterization. Echo is a good screening test.
