It depends on why: What was the reason your orthodontist gave you for removing the braces early? How did you feel your teeth looked when he/she took them off? Have you been wearing your retainers? We need more information.

Teeth may move: If treatment Is not complete. Stability is the key to keeping the teeth from moving back. Ask your orthodontist for retainers.

Too early?: Not sure what is meant by this and why they were removed. IN theory you did not get the results that would have been optimal and a lot has to do with if you got a retainer or not. Sounds like you should discuss with the provider as to why and what their plan is longer-term for your teeth.
