Ingestion: A Penny will generally pass the 3 most areas of the esophagus. If there is any trouble breathing, talking or color change, yell for help and call 911. If he or she seems fine observe her carefully and by pushing fluids and fiber in her diet, the penny may soon appear. All the best.
