Lymph node: Lymph nodes are normal anatomic structures. If an intramammary lymph node has benign sonographic features, in the absence of any suspicious clinical history, no follow up is necessary. It is a BIRADS 2(benign) finding. Many radiologists don't even bother mentioning them.
