Lots of folklore about vitamin A,B,C,D,E,F and G (don’t forget H). No scientific/medical evidence that any work (but lots of rumors and stories). Caffeine will help keep you alert, but lots of side effects. Check with your doctor before you start drinking a lot of coffee or tea. Usually your body’s own rhythm will reset to your schedule, but may take a long time

Sorry, unaware of any legitimate vitamins or minerals that can keep you alert. Not sure what you mean by "support". Eating well rounded diet with fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, fish & meat, etc. replaces need for daily multivitamins. Caffeinated coffee, tea, and zero calorie energy drinks may help keep you awake/alert.

You likely possess a circadian shift work sleep disorder. There is NO solution from "vitamins", but drugs such as modafanil or Nuvigil are approved for this in the United States, and either works very effectively. A sleep specialist or neurologist can help.
