What might cause high B12 levels? I also had low iron (long-standing anemia) and low vitamin D. CBC was normal except mildly low hemoglobin.

I have anemia & was told to take iron & vit c together. I got vitamin c w/ rose hip & then I read on Google (not trustworthy) that rose hip should not be taken w/ iron because it can increase the absorption, but isn't that what I want?
