Panic Disorder: Try to stay away from caffeinated drinks which act as stimulants. You don't need the extra boost which sometimes is accompanied by agitation; you might interpret this stimulation as anxiety or panic.

Water is good!: Water is a good choice. You can flavor this by adding slices of lemons, limes, cucumbers, or sprigs of mint (or other fruits & such that you might enjoy). These can be in the water for at least 3 hours to infuse it with their flavor. Or, various kinds of non-caffeinated iced teas -- many delicious ones are herbal. Flavored seltzer waters and similar, if you like the fizz. Avoid caffeine.
