Panic Disorder: Try to stay away from caffeinated drinks such as coffee and sodas, and excessive amounts of fruit juices which only act to stimulate you and might set the stage for jittery feelings. Try to stick to water or water-based, non-caffeinated drinks.

Panic Disorder: Try to stay away from caffeinated drinks which act as stimulants. You don't need the extra boost which sometimes is accompanied by agitation; you might interpret this stimulation as anxiety or panic.

Water is good!: Water is a good choice. You can flavor this by adding slices of lemons, limes, cucumbers, or sprigs of mint (or other fruits & such that you might enjoy). These can be in the water for at least 3 hours to infuse it with their flavor. Or, various kinds of non-caffeinated iced teas -- many delicious ones are herbal. Flavored seltzer waters and similar, if you like the fizz. Avoid caffeine.
