I have a lump under my tongue and it hurts to talk and eat hurts when i move my tongue the lump is right on the thing underneath my tongue. what is it?

Lingual frenum: The area or string or skin and muscle that attaches your tongue to the floor of your mouth is called the lingual frenum. This area can be traumatized easily if you do any activity that over uses you tongue. I.e Oral Sex, sucking lollipops, eating rough or salty candy.
