I bit my tongue on the tip and the right side and it hurts when i eat. & talk.what can i do to help it heal quickly? how long will it take to heal?

Ice: You can place some ice on it but in general the area will heal quickly within 48 hours without doing anything.

Few days: It should begin to heal within about 3 days (rarely lasts more than a week). There is not much you can do to make it "heal faster, " although to help alleviate the pain you may consider an over the counter topical anesthetic (you can get them from any drug store).
