10 days go i felt pain like a cut in right back tongue side.it hurt a lot on sour food & tongue moves.since then, it is better but some times when i stretch my tongue while eating or talking i might get a sharp pain like a cut/tear opens?

I assume you haven't injured your tongue. It may be difficult for you to see the back of your tongue well enough, but you may have had a canker sore there which is not completely healed as yet. Your physician or an ENT specialist can examine & advise you as needed.
