Avoid decongestants: Avoid decongestants such as Sudafed and nasal afrin as these exacerbate high blood pressure. The key is knowing why you have sinus trouble (allergy?, chronic infection?, structural problem? irritant sensitivity?). Allergist or ENT may be able to help.
