I had an ecg that said "normal sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia rightward axis. normal ecg." i also noticed my r axis was 92 degrees. does this mean i have pulmonary hypertension??

However, if you have other symptoms such as shortness of breath on exertion or in supine position or history of blood clots then echocardiogram should be done for ruling out pulmonary hypertension.
