What could be causing involuntry muscle contraction/twitching while sleeping for 4-5sec once runing from upper abdomen to leg post 15days of cesarean?

Nerve damage: damage to the nerves going to the muscles in that region. called fasciculations. Possibly due to damage caused by surgery. this should resolve over time. if it doesn't resolve in a couple of months, I would see a neurologist, specially if you are having symptoms like numbness and twitching in your hands and feet.
