Strange question: if you chocked after eating peanuts and associated breathing difficulty followed that it is emergency. see doctor ASAP. I m however is not certain if you need theoat biopsy for this. There are might other reasons to suggest biopsy beside peanut true allergy reaction. Again, see your doctor and get proper evaluation and Tx.
