Here are some ...: Small cysts inside the prostate as shown in US or CT are not uncommon but fortunately carries no significant clinical implication. And BPH is microscopic Dx and does not necessarily incite clinical concern such as cancer or voiding symptom. So, don't be overwhelmed; if any, ask your urologist for detailing.
