Very silent: pancreatic cancer is a very silent cancer, discovered by accident unless it is advanced. the GI symptoms has nothing to do with the cancer itself, it is either unrelated other illnesses, or the cancer already advanced and start causing problems to the adjacent organs, like liver and stomach. high level of suspicion specially in patient with family history might lead to early discovery.
