Do something restful: Be sure to sit upright - this enables gravity to help your acid reflux symptoms. Give the TUMS (calcium carbonate) time to work. Do something restful, whether meditating, a relaxing music piece or a reading. Is this a unique event for you or something that has been repeating for some time. Hope that helps, and let us know how you are doing

It's best to discuss all your meds and supplements with your Psychiatrist who is prescribing your drugs. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion.
