Get Eye exam: I would recommend that you get a full Eye exam to rule out the possibility of an eye abnormality causing headaches and blurred vision. It could be an elevation still in your blood pressure causing a change in the eyes or possibly several other conditions that need to be ruled out. Get evaluated as soon as you can.
