Unsure: Go through this carefully. Your symptoms are specific for High Blood pressure. But 154/83 does not cause symptoms. I suspect either your B.P reading is wrong or your symptoms are unrelated to B.P. Any how you need to check your B.P again in 2 weeks and depending on numbers treatment plan should be formulated.
